I've known Luke for about seven years and he is very talented at what he does. So many shops are content with doing a crappy job and taking your money, but you won't find anything like that from Luke. I have no reservations about recommending him to friends.
I do not have the time to sit here and write ENOUGH great things about this guy who owns Audio Expert (I forgot his name). Just know that I went here with my brand new car to improve the sound system, and even though it wasn't cheap, my car fucking ROCKS now. Excellent customer service. And most important: These people KNOW what they are doing and they install QUALITY equipment. When I listen to my tunes in my car now, after the Audio Expert install, I can hear stuff from my old songs that I have NEVER heard before. THAT is how amazing the new speakers/amps are.
I actually went there because of the positive Yelp reviews, so thank you! My speakers went out on my car and I expected the worst in terms of a diagnosis. I've got a cross country road trip coming up, so this was rather bad timing. Audio Expert got me in this morning and had an answer for me within a couple of hours. Quick fix (factory amp went out) and efficient. Price was reasonable and very honest. This would have been an easy scenario to exploit for a company who was dishonest. Highly recommend.

Luke did a great job. I had originally purchased an item online and asked him to install it. He explained why that was not the optimal solution to my problem (wanting iPhone connectivity in my 2000 BMW). He came up with an elegant solution that is almost invisible and works perfectly. Highly recommend!

the owner has worked on every car, boat and motorcycle i have had in the past 3 years, he is a genius with wiring, he just did a hid system in my cbr for only 75 dollars and all of his work is guaranteed, and he will answer any question u have about anything, any new vehicle i just plan on taking to him
I brought my Jeep Cherokee in because it was lacking a connection for my iPhone and the wiring was in a mess. They were able to install a great head unit at a good price and fix my wiring mess. Very Professional. Very good price.

Luke at Audio Expert runs one of if not the best shop in Pinellas County. Although I do most of my own install work, I still go to this shop for installation gear and for things that I do not have enough experience with. I send all my friends to him for new headunits, alarms and whatever else they may need. His hourly rate is actually one of the lowest in the area which is awesome because he does the best work. Always check out the place that you're dropping your car or truck off at because many other shops do hack jobs or wirey messes that they cover up with trim panels. We need more shops like this that treat their clients with respect and do honest work!!!
